Mirjam van Egmond - van Dijk, dietician and practice owner.
Since graduating from the HBO Nutrition and Dietetics at the Hague University of Applied Sciences in 1987, she has gained a lot of experience in the field of nutrition, diet, exercise and guidance / coaching.
She has worked in hospitals and started her own practice at home in 2003. She also trained as an aerobics and fitness instructor. She has given group lessons at gyms for years, varying in classes such as BBB, steps, spinning, exercising with overweight, Bodypump, Zumba, etc. She can therefore advise you well about the possibilities for exercising in your area and will look with you at what you like. find things to do and what is feasible (that doesn't have to be a gym).
In addition to nutritional and dietary advice in the event of illness and health, she also looks further, at people as a whole.
